If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
To measure your head for the correct size take a tape measure just above your brow around your head just at the top of your ears. If your head measures in between sizes order the size smaller. Our helmets should fit snug when new they stretch and mold to the shape of your head.

Crazy Al's has been excellent to work with. Communications with them have been great. They are very responsive in a human way and I've yet to receive any automated contacts. Regarding products, I love my new helmet. Once we finally figured out that I have a big noggin, I got the correct size and Crazy Al's helped me through that process and my ordering mistakes. Had to do a exchange because the helm was to small even using the sizing chart. New helm was still to small. 23.5" apparently is a XXXL. Good quality helm if I could get it on my fat head.

I still have to break mine in but I love how it fits. I have a rather large head so I personally prefer not to look like Lord Helmet (Spaceballs movie reference lol). This helmet fits great and sits decently, the way I need it to. I kinda wish it was the matte black version instead but I’m happy with it.

I just don’t love how the lining isn’t fixed. When I take it off the lining totally shifts. It half comes out of the helmet and when I go to put it back on I have to readjust the lining back up to where it should be. I think the lining should be in a fixed position. I love the look of the helmet, just hate how the lining isn’t fixed.

Overall really digging the helmet. It is a wee snug, but not to the point I want to exchange it for size up. Really lightweight and mostly comfortable, but pressure point develops on the forehead after an hour or so in the saddle. I did find a trick or two to resolve this and with some break in time I think it will be just fine. Absolutely love the chin strap! Super easy and no fuss. Easy on, easy off.

I bought this as a replacement for my older helmet from you all, its roughly +8yrs old. The helmet liner is far superior on the oler model. The new one is stick on-velcro and has come off the Styrofoam several times after just sitting in my saddlebag when I stop to eat or run errands. I wish it had the older style head liner. Aside from that the fit is about the same, comfort will be determined after more use to see how the new clover shaped head liner-pad feels and lasts.
