Shipping policy

At your door in 1-4 business days just read our reviews! Delays do happen from time to time, however 99% of orders arrive in less than 4 business days. 

Crazy Al's ships most orders the same day if ordered before 2pm EST. We proudly inventory what we sell in our US and Canada distribution centers. 

DURING THE BUSY SEASON (April to October) orders can sometimes take 1-3 days to leave the warehouse due to high volume of orders each day, over the weekends and holidays.

*** Business days are not weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or stat holidays.**

If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact customer service @ 1-866-824-3582 before 1pm EST the same day you place your order.

Most orders will arrive at their destination within 1-4 business days depending on the destination. 

If your shipping address is a physical address and NOT a PO box regular shipping usually takes 1-4 business days.

If your shipping address is a PO Box then shipping can take between 5-10 business days via Canada Post and USPS.

Crazy Al's inc. Bikerhelmets.com is not responsible for any extra charges incurred upon entry into the destination country. Wholesale orders outside of USA have duties and tariffs which are the responsibility of the buyer. Any shipments that are refused by the buyer will not be refunded.
