I’m going to have to let the biker community know I know you don’t care about that but if I can get 20 people not to buy a helmet from you, that’s 20 people that would’ve I’m gonna go to biker lids or beanie helmets because I have been on a waiting list for months

This was the 13th helmet I’ve purchased from Crazy Al’s. To say Im addicted is an understatement. I have just about every style in both flat black and gloss black. Great helmets that I hope will continue to be around for years to come.

Simply did not fit properly, which happens. The return process is abhorrent. I never received a refund, just auto generated emails.
Best fitting helmet I've ever had
Its hard for me to find hats and glasses that fit my head, but this helmet fits perfect. I wear a size 8 hat.

Totally get what you mean about the straps — they can feel a bit tricky at first. We’ve shared a quick video via email showing how to adjust them properly. You can grab the straps at the base and slide them to tighten. It might need a firm pull to get that snug fit. Also, try moving the triangle adjuster up or down to get a more comfortable and secure position. Give that a try and let us know how it feels once you’re out on the road. Thank you and ride safe!

Unfortunately the helmet was a little too tight for me and I should have gotten the one size larger but, the larger size was not available,so I had to return the helmet. But it was a great looking helmet. And the return process was easy.
