You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange minus return shipping costs ($5 -$10). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
To measure your head for the correct size take a tape measure just above your brow around your head just at the top of your ears. If your head measures in between sizes order the size smaller. Our helmets should fit snug when new they stretch and mold to the shape of your head.

Orders ship from one of our 4 locations in the USA.
Most orders ship the same day if placed before 1pm. Unless placed on a weekend, they will ship on the Monday.
You will get a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking will update when your order is close to your delivery location. Usually 1 to 3 days.
Orders shipping to destinations outside of the US could be subject to duties and taxes from your government. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer/receiver.

I have to agree with most people about this helmet, no mushroom head! I have to admit, I had my doubts about this helmet. I’ve been a full face helmet guy since day one, recently got a cruiser bike and wanted something different. My head is an oval shape, took a chance on this one, and it fit perfectly!! I’ve had this helmet for about 2 months now, and fit is still spot on! Doesn’t try to fly off when riding! So light you even hardly notice it. I definitely would recommend!!

I wasn't so sure about ordering this helmet at first, but I'm glad I did! I actually really love the curved peak in the back! The helmet fits well and looks sharp, and it definitely stands out among all the half and 3/4 helmets! And I'm glad the liner is like the original design that covers the whole head instead of just the small 4 leaf clover pad that's held on by velcro in their other helmet models, like the new version of the Beanie I got before this polo style helmet. I definitely give this helmet 5 Stars and recommend it highly.
