    The customer service and chat assistance was amazing. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and the customer service answered my response and was able to switch order. The helmet I ordered was due to an incident, whereby my previous half helmet order had small crack in rear and front of helmet but saved my life according to emergency room doctor. It was a significant crash whereby my helmet hit the pavement and took the brunt of the impact. I had no head injury , no concussion or damage whatsoever. The helmet did a great job saving me! Thank you.

    This is my third Crazy Al's purchase over the years and they never disappoint. I'd like to see some more cool designs on some of the helmets, but you always know you're going to get quality with CA! The helmets last a long time, are easy to care for, and are the best quality of any half helmet I've ever worn in 50 years riding motorcycles. The fit is true to the measurements so make sure you measure before you order! A+ to Crazy Al's!

    Very comfortable! Compact size. I measured 21.25" and that was a medium. Was skeptical but it fits great. Looks great. Now I need a good sticker to put over DOT emblem.

    Shipping could’ve been faster to be honest. Once the helmet arrived it was what I expected. I bought one in 2020 I figured it was time to make it a spare so I was looking for the same one. I’m pretty sure I found the same shell but the liner is more comfortable on the new one by far. These are great helmets and I wouldn’t want to wear anything else.
