Straps are located in a way that allow helmet to catch air over 55mph forcing it up, no matter how tight or best of fit it may be.

Totally get what you mean about the straps — they can feel a bit tricky at first. We’ve shared a quick video via email showing how to adjust them properly. You can grab the straps at the base and slide them to tighten. It might need a firm pull to get that snug fit. Also, try moving the triangle adjuster up or down to get a more comfortable and secure position.

Other than the ridiculously long shipping time of 10 days I like the helmet. It's lightweight and fits nicely. It's not Crazy Als fault for the long wait for the helmet. They had it ready to ship the next day. It's the OSM Worldwide shipping service that takes literally 8 days to deliver it to USPS for delivery. If you need your helmet quicker than 10 days I'd recommend paying for the overnight shipping. I had to buy another helmet locally because I figured I'd have the helmet in 7 days for my weeklong trip. But it took 10 days So now I have 2 helmets lol. But I would definitely buy from Crazy Als again. I'll just choose overnight shipping next time

Your sizes are no way accurate. Your 3xl fits more like a large. I am not a happy camper. This was the second time I bought a helmet from y'all, and it will probably be my last one from you.
