You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange minus return shipping costs ($5 -$10). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Orders ship from one of our 4 locations in the USA.
Most orders ship the same day if placed before 1pm. Unless placed on a weekend, they will ship on the Monday.
You will get a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking will update when your order is close to your delivery location. Usually 1 to 3 days.
Orders shipping to destinations outside of the US could be subject to duties and taxes from your government. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer/receiver.
